Really great list Joey. I've been listening to Dylan for 50 years and counting. My favorite album by him is "Blonde On Blonde" with "Desire" a close second. "Lay Lady Lay" was the first song that got me hooked on him. "Slow Train Coming" is also a great album. Peace....Steve

Some songs are more "epic" than others. For example, the ones that became anthems in the 60's for an entire generation, or long Dylan songs with incredible depth/life lessons in them: Blowin' In the Wind, Times They Are A Changing, A Hard Rain's Gonna Fall, Positively 4th St., Subterranean Homesick Blues, Forever Young, Knocking on Heaven's Door, Mr. Tambourine Man. And no list of Bob Dylan classics would be complete without his masterpiece:
