MINIVAC 601 HOMEBREW ROTARY SWITCH TEST

This is the initial test of the Minivac's rotary switch. I have not yet installed the motor unit so the test was done manually.

Exactly how does this rotary decimal(hexadecimal) input work?
Does the wiper join each pair of plugins at each one of the 16 positions, one position at a time? Or does it simply connect each position-pair to a common return?

It connects through the wiper arm to each position one at a time. It is a junction point.
