Man. Thank you so much for this video. I watched a few others like yours and they all struggled with the extension tables. Your method of clamping the lumber was perfect. Today I was putting mine together and luckily save your video. Worked flawlessly. Thanks again

Brilliant way to support the wings while you attach them. I spent at least an hour today struggling with only one bolt in, sweating in the heat.

Tomorrow I’ll be trying your technique. Thanks in advance.

there are of these PCS unboxing videos but this one is the only one that I was able to watch all the way through without being annoyed before having my coffee for the day - thanks!

I finished mine today after working on it for 3 days. But it is a great saw. I wish I would have seen your video prior to putting mine together because you taught me a few things. I really love mine and I hope you love yours as well. Also, the truck driver left mine out in the street on the pallet as I was not home. I did not even know he was coming. I had to unbox it and dolly everything to the back and into my shop. He did come back and help me though. I can’t wait to start a new project.

Watching people struggle or do things without basic competency is frustrating but you show how it’s done. I cannot imagine that many people have a helper around when they setup a large power tool like this. Doing it solo without dropping parts takes a little for-thought. Nice.

Awesome video! Gave me some ideas how to install the cast iron wing and fence rail with clamps. I hope when I buy my saw that I can assemble it as easily as he did in the video!

Like the rest of us, here to say thank you for the board trick on the extension wings. Simple, but genius. Should be added to the instructions at this point.

This was very well done, awesome! I'm deciding whether I want to commit to assembling the same saw myself.

I’ve been looking at this one vs the 3hp one. Any issues cutting through hardwoods with the 1.75hp?
