I can't install the update! It loads at 62% then I get a failed message. I clear out the cache and try again. It keeps failing! It's not my computer, the Geek Squad says it's working perfectly. What's going on?!

I have a 22" monitor, A 27" monitor, and A 40" monitor. I do NOT have, nor do I want a touch screen.
When are you going to stop treating desktop users like we are six years old and need or even want your silly Tablet-style UI on a desktop?
Microsoft is SO annoying; I wish there was a Real alternative. Apple is no better, and Linux can't get their collective heads out of their individual bottoms.
