Im glad you like my build. the light level is low becuse nitor does not copy. there sould be a nitor on every fence post and under the chandeler.

Create a machine type of block that you can use for extra functions for your gadgets. Like set your Copy-Paste Gadget in a slot, and will display the blocks in the same manner, but now you can hover the mouse cursor over to get to know the names. The machine can also be used to charge your gadgets without the need of other mods.

Suggestion for the text version of required materials: put a piece of paper in a crafting grid with the copy paste, and it gives you a list of item names and what mods they belong to

My favorite part of the "Dire-builds-my-thing" project is the that people are posting build suggestions on the discord, finally giving a home for all the schematics that have always been spread all over the place and hard to track down.

Suggestion for Building Gadgets:
If you have the Copy Paste tool in your main hand for placing a building, AND the destruction gadget in your off hand, pasting the building voids blocks in the way instead of skipping them.

Dire, i understand you need walk between your base and Thaumic Tower very often but this is not reason to make a holes in the glass and jump if you want to walk through. If you need comfortable access between both building just make a regular doors or create the passage . Actually it looks like your base is something what obstruct you

Letting others design your homes is a good idea. It covers where you are weakest. It involves your fanbase. It make you keep your gadget UPDATED.

I love the cool buildings and the way they get built with the copy-paste tool and pop up out of no where is pretty cool as well

I do like it! I think a little bit of ninebynine at the very beginning was missed out on as you were working all out in the open for a decent while, but this is a refreshing change, for sure! though...some of the builds don't feel especially....functional for Dire's playstyle. the first one has the wire conduit but no basement, and lots of small rooms with limited access to any one place. The thaumcraft has the basement, but it also doesn't have big hunking chunky rooms for...PUTTING THINGS like a big old machinery area.

Future builders of dire's things should take a lot into account of HOW he'll use the build, and where he'll WANT to plonk his things. take these things into account, and make sure his builds are utilitarian and functional first, and make them pretty afterwards.

Beyond this, I could really see the community growing from this as well. Factorio has a site dedicated to blue prints for the game. This could very well grow to the point where people can make pages of buildings for specific mods and uses. I know for myself I'm not much of a builder and would love to have a place to go to where I could grab a functional building to use in my world.
