Damn, this is impressive. Checked web site and couldn't find the manufacturer of this kit. Not interested in a working railroad layout, but using a modern, U.S. locomotive/boxcars in a diorama.

The class 50 was no heavy freight engine. She was designed to run on light tracks for branch lines with maximum 16 tons/ weight per meter Heavy freight engines were classes 44, 45, 58, and 59 wich could weigh up to 22, 5 tons/ meter. Toys compared to Big Boys or L 131s

I love it!  German locos look fantastic but would really love it if you could produce a locomotive of choice on order incorporating the new technology - to see South African Steam in this scale using this technology would be absolutely amazing!  I would be willing to pay for that!  I have works drawings too!  I wish all 1/32 locos would feature this technology - really is awesome!

How do they make the smoke and how long does it last? On my HO Engines the smoke will last maybe 10 -15 laps before you need to add more smoke oil.
