CND™ Plexigel Removal with Kayleigh Cabral

Step By Step:
1. Start by gently pushing the proximal nail fold/cuticle back
2. Remove excess length
3. Remove the gel polish/color coat with a carbide e-file bit or hand file.
- If using an e-file: Be sure to avoid the natural nail with the e-file. As you get closer to the natural nail, you can remove excess bulk using a diamond e-file bit or hand file
- If using a hand file: use CND™ Blizzard File (100/180 grit) and remove bulk 75-85%
4. Use CND™ Removal Wraps and saturate the cotton pad with CND™ Offly Fast and tightly wrap the finger tip.
5. Set a timer for 15-20 minutes and allow the remover product to do it's job (no peeking!)
- Tip: The thicker your application & length of wear may increase removal time
6. Massage, squeeze, & twist the wrap off the finger. This will keep the product within the wrap.
7. Remove any residual product with a cotton pad saturated with CND™ Offly Fast
8. Use the CND™ Koala Buffer (240/1200 grit) to reshape the natural nail to the desired shape & length
9. Remove dust & cleanse with CND™ ScrubFresh
10. Finish with CND™ Cuticle Eraser & CND™ SolarOil
- Tip: Combine these two products for a nourishing cuticle cocktail
- Another Tip: Don't forget to remind your clients to utilize these products during their at-home care to ensure manicure longevity!
