If Google is broken up so should Meta. They said the stockholders will benefit just like with the breakup of Standard Oil back in the day. The parts are greater than the whole. But, brgat will stop the monopolistic behavior. My opinion

Breaking up google wont do squat until a law is made regarding collected data being sold. N9thing will stop google being run under X number of dif names. They will still share their data with each other. And those at the top will still own all the new businesses that alphabet splits into.

How about breaking up Apple? Google products have always worked well for me and didn't break my wallet. Who cares if they are good at search? You are free to use other search engines, you just end up using google because they are better, not because you have no other choice. If you break google up what's left probably won't be as good. It'll be more expensive and less functional. It seems like revenge might be more of a motivation for wanting to break up google than really caring about what is good for the consumer.
