How To Get Into Sumeru's SECRET Chest Room!

Seriously someone tell me how to actually get in here.

So, you can still brute force your way into the room, but the chests, ALL of them, are now quest locked. Getting in, won't allow you to claim them.

For some reason the water still hasn’t drained I’ve gotten all aranara clipboards up to 8 and the shriveled seed do I need to complete the static quest pt 2?? The flower even bloomed to open the chest room but the waters still there
