As someone who does freemotion quilting, I can tell you that this technique is very difficult to master, and she does amazing work! Much, much harder than embroidering with just a needle and thread.

Early 30’s; my entire 5th grade year we were forced to write in cursive or got points taken off. Why am I writing in cursive in the math book??? lol. These days my handwriting is more of a mix, but glad I can do both.

This is called thread painting. This is also how you quilt a quilt on a home swing machine. It's harder than it looks but so worth it.

You put a file on usb stick in these machines and it automatically embroiders. She is not controlling it.

Y'all are silly. The machine embroiders automatically by computer command. That's why all the letters are identical, it's a font.

Beautiful. I was taught to do freehand embroidery on an old and Meistergram machine. This girls work is incredible.
