Speaking at a press conference in the Dominican Republic, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken condemned the killing of 26 year old Turkish-American citizen Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, who was shot in the head by the Israeli army, and claimed the US was in the "process of gathering the facts".
