Its like poker. You can get delt bad hands for a long period of time but eventually you will start getting delt good hands. Statistically speaking, if you are good you will win most of your good hands and lose few of the bad ones.
You will not be in bad teams all the time. But if you make the most out of the times you get good teams and still carry a few of the bad team games, you will eventually get out of the zone where bad players/flamers/trolls call they're home aka elo hell.

the point is that it doesn't matter how you approuch someone. i've tried giving constructive feedback so many times. sometimes the first thing i say in the game is normal feedback but people in lol feel offended and verbally attacked by everything that anyone says. people don't want to admit that they are people and therefore can make mistakes. they just are too stubborn to listen to others who actually want to be nice and help them out. the community has reached an uncurable point of toxidity.

actually he did not play a constant 9 hours a day, he said he averaged 5 games per day and mostly wins ( if you check his lolking profile you can see he has about 100 ryze gales played and 70 wins so he got 70% win rate )

Sometime u are in bronze but ur skills are at gold level. So dun worry u will definitely climb out of elo hell. Just keep playing. All these pro player have been playing since open beta of cus they will improve. If they took 2 years to get to dia, u can take 2 months
