I used to work in Saudi Arabia, 99.999% pure gold in grams are sold over the counter at souks (market).

From what i gathered, your 1 gram is NOT really 1 gram (A friend with 1 gm gold when compared, KB 1gm gold seem less). You did not let the store weight your gold, so you did not prove that what you got is really 1 gm.

Besides, you bought at higher price point, so what makes this as good investment particularly that gold is flat for the last 3 years.

over 18K does not make it .999 Currency Grade Bullion. I have been wanting to get a test to see exactly what the compound make up is. Is it even 24K I don't think so. There is no way a company like KB could mine, refine, package and distribute all that gold for the cost markup they do. If they did, They must be paying the miners in peanuts!
