Trump’s ‘America First’ agenda is making waves again—but is it strengthening the US or cutting it off from its closest allies? From tariffs to NATO tensions, history has shown that isolation rarely works.

Just look at Brexit: the UK left the EU for sovereignty but found itself struggling in trade and diplomacy. Is America heading down the same path? And if the US steps back, who takes its place on the world stage?

Let’s break down what this shift really means for America’s future

Isolation makes one arrogant, and in turn weak and stupid.

With tariffs, yes. The US is becoming economically isolated.

America has been in a downward course since the 60's. Growing ignorant of the word outside its borders, doubting science in general, and reducing payment to workers in favor of payouts to investors.

Thank God. We've seen the decline. Bring on the fall.

I think we should leave the US alone so that Canada, South America, the EU, Russia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia and Asia can finally unite.

Isolationism will mean no coffee. That'll be fun, watching the war on coffee, as smugglers run blockades to make million dollar deliveries of coffee.

US is quite big enough to survive and prosper in isolation. However for it to work, a lot of effort would have to be put into insuring that the working age people are mentally, physically, and emotionally stable as possible, in order to provide both the consumers and workers. Consuming can't happen if there is no money to consume with.

Russia, china, India, South Africa, and Brazil are becoming closer economically than ever before....at the same time Britain, the USA, and Europe are becoming isolationist.... and tearing apart alliances.
Almost like it's on purpose.
