i went to dance excellence 2023 and i noticed that all the Malaysian dancers wore their hair like that

This is how ballerinas with abundant long hair distribute the weight to avoid pain and traction alopecia. I did 4 pony tails that looked like a regular bun and finally I added the frontal strands twisted or braided. I *NEVER* had any issue with my waist length hair that now that I' m retired reaches the calves😅 🧛🏻‍♀️🖤

This worked GREAT on my fine but dense hair! The mousse gives it a bit of grip when braiding which is great
