Thank you for showing clips of cartoons, too. So many people overlook cartoons when they talk about pre-code Hollywood and I think it's a shame.

Love watching these....yeah it's scripted but these pre code films are more closer to how people were in real life

Kay Francis in her fashionable undies with Lilyan Tashman in "Girls about Town". They weren't Call Girls but "Girls that dated Professionally". Lilyan got time in the sack with Kay in GAT and with Joan Blondell in Millie. She was as Pre-Code as anyone.

Thanks! Gingers Rogers wearing a monocle. When a woman in pre-code does this, it usually means something, although not in this case. Check out Blood Money, Crooner, Girl Without A Room, etc. Anyone know of other pre-code monocle scenes? (Bob Jones)
