On Tuesday 19th July, chef Rafael Cagali welcomed husband-and-wife chefs Jefferson and Janaina Rueda of A Casa do Porco (No.17 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021) into the kitchen of his superb Bethnal Green restaurant, Da Terra, to create a spectacular lunch in celebration of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna.
Guests feasted on dishes such as Umbigo De Porco, Moqueca and Barbequed Pineapple. The dessert offering included the likes of Dulce De Leche Doughnut and Macaé Chocolate and Passion Fruit, perfect for dinners with a sweet tooth.
