I'm a big Netrunner fan, but the flimsiness of this games theme had left me cold. I'm pleased that it's at least a good game. Thanks for the review Tom.

Those dividers looks a bit fiddly, but i also liked the asymmetric sides and that you only get 3 out of 5 cards for that side.

Wasn't there a similar area conquest game from ICE or Mayfair with a medieval setting?  Domain if memory serves, although this one seems to have a bit more variation with the player power cards.

I don't mind abstracts (currently my favorite game is pushing collections of numbers on a hex-grid) and I really like the NetRunner settings potential, but it's potential unrealized.  I try because I love the theme, but I can only ever really remember the name of a couple of characters and with one of those, I cheat. (same last name as mine)  Add to that the fact that FFG is no longer FFG but now is Asmodee and is in the same hand's that Universal Vivendi was in (i.e. cuttin' dem' "useless projects" for tax breaks) and it shows  I normally have no component issues with FFG.  The last two products I bought from them were horrible and the customer service that was once so important is now totally gone.  If you have a problem (or five) with an Asmodee product, well that's just what you've got, a problem.   I don't pay for problems....Read more Show less

Forgot infiltration, but where as infiltration was mostly meatspace mainfraime is all netspace.
