If you have been off the pill for a year and you still don't have a regular period, I would also bring this up at your doctors appointment. It can take time to get back on a normal cycle but there may be other factors (lifestyle, nutrition) that can cause you to miss a period. Let us know what the Dr says. Xo

Hi Lisa, thanks for writing. If you've had sex there is a possibility you are pregnant. I would do a home pregnancy test to find out. Your doctor may also give you a blood test to be sure you are pregnant or not. Please let us know how the appointment goes. I wish I could be of more help. - Monica

Hello Monica! I have some questions. Well, I think i could be preggers but trying to see when to test. I did make an obgyne appt. though for the 26th. I had unprotected sex on the 17th of May and about 2 weeks later i started feeling fatigue and breast tenderness. I still have fatigue, breast pain, some mild cramping that comes and goes, frequent urination. Idk why i'm so afraid to take it, i'm tryin 2 hold out 4 the doc appt. What's your opinion? I'm just confused and anxious!
