I clean mine with a $12 brush and $9 bucket, and $12 gallon of regular car soap from Walmart. Good as new!

You're not meant to wash Tesla's at car washes

Or even easier - don't wash your car. Mine hasn't been washed for over a year, I've got moss forming at the window sills and wing mirrors, can't read my rear reg plate, mud up the side of the car, and probably enough crud under the car to cause it to rust out. A car to me isn't a status symbol, it's a method of a to b, nothing more nothing less.
