Ingredients for Making this Delicious German Salad:
1 to 2 potatoes
2 to 3 sausages
3 to 4 spring onions
1/4 cup chopped dill
For the Special Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
For the Special Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

Start by dicing the potatoes and air fry them with a little oil until they turn golden brown. Do the same with the sausages, and it's preferable to use homemade sausages.
Chop the pickles, spring onions, and dill, and mix all the salad ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, prepare the special dressing for this appealing salad by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
Combine the dressing with the salad mixture and give it a gentle toss. For a simple and attractive garnish, you can add some cucumber slices to the top of the salad.
