I am always annoyed that semis never retrieve their tires that explode...they just leave them in the road.

ADOT says their freeway camera don’t record footage. Total bull, they could be profiting off people who get in accidents by charging them for the footage to be used as evidence. They could at least say they their footage is not for public use instead of lying.
