Arabs that disliked this video, were fighting on the ranks of the British and French against the Turks ! Btw, not the Arabic script nor the Latin script is ours, the Turkic script is ours !

It's funny how 🇮🇳 Indian Muslim hate secular Atatürk but want secularism in India. My two idols Atatürk & Gandhi. Always respect for 🇹🇷Turkey from India 🇮🇳.

When I look at other Muslim countries, I understand the importance of Atatürk more and I thank God for giving us such a leader.

We don't need the Pakistanis and other muslims' helps.
We had Ataturk, that's enough for us...

I see a lot of anti arab comments. Let me tell you something. Islam is Allah's religion sent for all not just for Arabs. If there's no brotherhood between all Muslims then we have failed our religion.

Fellow Turks I’m not a Turk but Knowing that the people who hate Attaturk are non-Turks, you are doing something right.

The guy saying that alphabet reform was a bad thing is just an idiot. Literacy rate was just at %10.5 before alphabet reform (1927). You can say it could be raised by doing campaing nationwide but Arabic alphabet is not suitable for Turkish because of vowels. Alphabet reform wasn't a thing that came firstly to Ataturk's mind. It was a controversial topic since 1860's during last years of Ottoman. First conference about alphabet was held in 1862 by Cemiyet-i İlmiye-i Osmaniye (Ottoman Science Association), they complained about ability to learn how to write and read in early ages like Western countries. For example, Muslim Albanians had already switched alphabet from Arabic to Latin in 1908. Also Azerbaijanis latinized their alphabet in 1922. Turkic countries in USSR were also using the Latin alphabet. You can learn Ottoman Turkish if you want to read your old scripts, but keep in mind that they used latinized sources to write their academic writings. Sorry for my English.

In a country where it’s illegal to insult Kemal attaturk and it’s in the curriculum to teach how much of a great man he was, it’s not very surprising to see these young men and women have these opinions.
There is however always another side to the story.

Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩❤️. When I see the radical religious group are rising on my country, I feel the importance of Ataturk. Turkey is so lucky to had a leader like him. Otherwise Turkey would have been another Pakistan or Syria like country,

0:38 Hahaha she said: progress and secularism. And TRT, did not mention it. Did we surprised? Of course not. We are shouting everywhere. It's impossible to destroy secular order in Turkey. At least it won't happen with Erdogan.
