Just today, I was playing a certain mod for hearts of iron 4 with a portrait replacement mod when I noticed something that made me think I was going nuts. Some sneaky dev of a mod of a mod changed a tiny icon of weighing scales hidden in a visually busy tab of an economy menu to include a cirno fumo.
