My Money Routine - How I Budget Monthly

It's time for another monthly money check in, where I go over my budget for the past month. This month, we see if I brought my expenses down (especially food expenses... if you know, you know) and how much I spent overall in August. Then, we do something a little different by setting myself up for an even better September. By that, I mean I change my budget category goals to make them more realistic. Plus, I talk about the challenges of budgeting an inconsistent income! Grab your coffee, tea or whatever you're drinking and get ready to budget with me.

Have you considered cutting your own hair? I have long hair like you and I just separate it in two on each side and chop off an inch every six months. It saves a toooon of money and really doesn’t make a big difference when you have long hair already.

Ive found it helpful when planning variable monthly income to make an average of the last 3 month's income, and use that amount to create a monthly spending plan with.
