Have you considered pivoting more?

You may be able to decrease time between throws if you add rotation to your footwork, use of the hips is a great way to generate more force in your throw, similar to throwing round house kicks.

If you are to throw a knife at someone, you want it to stick, but you want it moving far faster, so it can't be dodged easily.

Also, maybe pull the knife from the holsters by the balance point, so you don't have to find it once you've pulled it out.

Also, get that breathing under control, your breathing should be in time with your throws, but it should also be balanced so you can throw consistently, breathing effects more than you think.

The last piece of advice, start practicing horse stance, so you can lower your centre of gravity, force is generated with your whole body, not just your arms, legs are extremely important.
