Scrubs usually are really harsh on skin and can cause micro tears on skin so instead use a chemical exfoliator like salicylic acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid, etc and do even consider the percentage. Like lactic acid 5% is great for sensitive skin, start off low when your just starting

Problem with Indian skin care brand is that they lacks R&D without much results. Celebrities and influencer should stay away from promoting or manufacturing medical grade products like retinol and just stick to make up at best because 99% of times they are selling lies. Skin Health is a complex issues and even lot of skin specialists do not understand that.
