The funniest thing is, Both coc and cr promised to remove a timer that has been bothering their community for years. Both of them knew that removing such restrictions boost progression to an insane level. Both of them knew the risk. Yet only one of them took the hit and prioritised player's interest over their revenue and other one panicked so hard and ended up nerfing the progression to the ground. And now coc players are enjoying one of the best updates ever and cr players are having one of the worst. But in reality the core concept behind both the updates are pretty much the same.

The biggest problem with moving stuff into those 10 win challenges is a lot of people (myself included) don't want to play those challenges, but now I'm gonna be forced to play stuff I'd rather not just for the same rewards I was already getting while avoiding them. Impressively braindead update I cannot believe they actually went through with this
