Показать описание
In this HVAC Recovery Training Video, I go over how to recover the refrigerant out of a system since the compressor internal relief valve was too weak to do a pump down. I go over the recovery machine and tank set up along with the tools and the process used to recover the refrigerant. Hats off to your Tutorials Acservicetech. I really gather a lot watching your work, very clear and smooth terms! You use a tight shot camera that's good, the tools equipment you outline in detail & links, that's good, your speaking flow is good another plus, teaching method w/ precised illustration ... My friend, you have a very openly, right out of the box way of production with your videos....you Have a unique Talent, Take this Gift to the Limit!!!! Thank You!

i like these videos of everyone working on ac units. I keep seeing everyone use the ends of the CRT for the hose placement. When you do this like that for recovery/evacuation it means that you have to constantly remove and replace your hoses. If you take the cores out of that side port on the CRT you can leave the hoses in place on the side ports for any operation you have to do. Also you can leave the vacuum in operation when you put the cores back in place. Great video i just wanted to lend my professional opinion on the use of Core Removal Tools.

Hello, thank you for this video. I have a question - my R22 recovery bottle has the red and the blue valves but my R22 manifold has the yellow input house. Do you know by any chance where I connect the yellow house, to the red or the blue valves? I want o to recharge my system from the recovery bottle.

Are you connecting to the liquid or vapor port on the recovery tank? I've seen that the colors don't always correspond on different recovery tanks, but you just said "blue side" for tank connection. Thank you

You should have a weekend ‘hands on’ HVAC class. I would be there in a heartbeat. Btw, this is exactly what I need to do tomorrow, so thanks!

Huge fan of your videos. Im a service tech in Pa for a few months now. Installer for 1yr. But when I recover on a system and then do a micron test or vacuum. I get confused with the shradder core removal tools, and when to remove the shradders so you dont lose a vacuum. Do you remove them before recovery or once you recover and put positive pressure in the system. Thank you and keep up the great videos. Without these i would still be an installer lol trying things for the first time and figuring it out is a great feeling and thats what keeps me going. I dont have the time to go to school or take classes. But these videos are all i can ask for. Thank you

Can you make a video of when to open and close the kings valve? Also if you have some pressure and feon in the ac system, how do you pull a vacuum before adding new feon? Do you have to recovery before adding it?

What would cause a hot recovery tank or frosting on a hose during recovery?
