Yay, Harlem! I would likely want to rent that alone and use the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen for office space. The placement is strange for the bathrooms and bedrooms, but it's still a nice apartment at a good price point. Thanks for another great video!

2:25 No. It's called taking the crosstown bus. It's a new concept to non-native NY'ers like this guy, who should seriously think about trying it someday. In that neighborhood, there are about 3-4 crosstown busses.

I used to live on 124th Street near Malcolm X Boulevard you can take a Crosstown bus easily on 125th if you need to get to different subways, it's much easier than going and transferring on the subway.

Fantastic apartment I used to take the train from CT to NYC and 125th is a hub and well protected. I love the park and water also. Laundry for me is a must have and the 2 baths are awesome. Wow.
