Call them and tell them your issue with your order. Their customer service is excellent. They have had issues with employee turnover just like everyone else so not everything comes out right the first time. Also, with their sales they get hundreds of orders and the computer doesn’t always keep up with current inventory (when you are ordering) versus what they are currently physically pulling and packing, so sometimes they are out of an item by the time they pac your order. It’s happened to me too. But if the refund isn’t right, make sure they fix it. If they have the items back in stock they’ll likely send them to you if you ask.

I like your haul, but I think you should contact them about what was missing. I ordered from this sale too, and one of the paper pads I ordered was out. I did receive a lot of cute stuff though, and so did you.

Have you contacted them? I'm assuming this was the $50 box but should definitely have much more products in there! :(
