I think a sequel would have been good if they brought back more of the original cast. I was disappointed when only the witches came back. I was hoping to see Danny grown up.

I don't really think she wanted to do it because of money, I think she just really REALLY wanted to do a second one! She loves Hocus Pocus and playing Winifred, there's nothing wrong with a second movie people are just nostalgia blind with the first one. The second movie is a great movie and is super fun, and was a good way for the witches to reunite and leave it off on a good note

I never wished for this and I never wanted it! The first one was good enough and therefore didn't need a sequel I remember seeing that the original script was supposed to be about Max and Alison's daughter and the Sanderson sisters,

The opening scene was good! I expected it to be just about the witches, and maybe we would end up feeling bad for them and loving them, just like Cruella had done.

Bette always said that it is one of her favorite gigs ever and she loved to play Winnie Sanderson, I remember that once she even dressed as her for Halloween.

I am not surprised if this is true but it was not about the money that she wanted a sequel since the original didn't really had a huge success in the theathers, she just really liked her character

unpopular opinion: i actually rly enjoyed it!! i think the reason people don’t like it is because they were expecting it to be just as iconic as the first one which is just unrealistic. if you go into it with an open mind im sure everyone would like it! it’s not the greatest movie of all time but it is still good!
