A few months ago I was at a mall and got a Cinnabon for the first time my mom was only gonna buy me a small one but the worker said the small one looked old so he offered us a big one for the price of a small.

This video took me back 30 years to Jerilyn Brusseau’s bistro in little Edmonds Washington where she experimented with a new culinary creation almost every day. Waiting in line for breakfast or lunch, you knew you would never be disappointed in whatever the new dish of the day would be. This place also had the best baristas, long before there was a Starbucks on every corner and a Cinnabon in every mall.

I am a Manager of a Cinnabon store. I had 1st hand training from Cinnabon HQ in Atlanta and got to sit and talk to Kat Cole personally. the number one reason is the special Makara Cinnamon. It's a special Cinnamon only produced from trees in one area of the world. The Makara Cinnamon has special properties of oil and cellulose that no other Cinnamon has. Then the 2nd is the cream cheese frosting.

Cinnabon's are so good, but I haven't yet had a cinnabon flavored or scented item (coffee, hot chocolate, chapstick, candle) that recreates the warmth or depth of flavor that the actual roll creates.
