so you want to places houses where nuclear weapons were stored. who knows what has been dumped on it over the years. but they built on an old superfund site at HP in SF. but no one will read the disclosures.

Did any resident Concordians vote for or agree to developing that space into mixed use for profit or did they just do it, only telling you now?

Why do OUR public land have to be sold to developers and not turned into much needed open space? Look at the surrounding area. Not enough traffic congestion? Homes? And dwindling public maintenance and police force? Who decided who gets our taxpayer owned properties?
