There is an easy to remember alg from the same position I discovered: M'URU'r and insert
It's just the two missing edges oll but messing the first moves

As is often the case you start the moves before the algorithm appears on the screen. Making a screenshot of little use

The first alg you showed is probably best if you have a back slot to fill, but if there’s only one slot left to fill like the actual case you’re demonstrating, why not just use R U' R' U2 F' U' F? Am I missing something here? Do you dislike F moves? I’m trying to understand why you would use an algorithm with an extra rotation for seemingly no reason. I agree that if there’s multiple slots to fill and you want the unsolved one(s) on front once you’ve slotted this particular pair, then the rotation makes sense because you end up slotting the pair on the backside. However; if this is your last pair, it seems like a waste of a rotation unless you really don’t like F moves. Maybe you’re just recommending this alg because 3 out of 4 times that you’d encounter this case, it won’t be the last slot, meaning that rotating and slotting into the back will be optimal? That’s the best I can guess because in the particular last slot situation you demonstrate, the rotation is definitely suboptimal unless you’re very slow at F moves.
