I’d guess that South America “survives.” Who would nuke Buenos Aires for example? Africa might have a problem with starvation. Places like Malayasia might be in trouble with no fuel. The United States goes nutzoid and neighbor shoots neighbor because there’s no TV to tell them not to.

In the Northern hemisphere for sure nobody. Maybe people in Sudamerica, Argentina...maybe some others in Pacific Islands...luckily a reasonably amount of seeds, plants and animals will survive so not end of life, unless Russians use "Gora Yamantau" or "Yogi" in this case is a big "On the Beach"
