How to fix the buy and download in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

If you are trying to buy DLC in game in Flight Simulator and the pending hangs or freezes this fix should stop that and enable you to do in game purchases.

Fix for XBOX users: within the xbox menu, access your account, log in using your password and then disable the need for a PIN when purchasing. Save, restart MSFS (don‘t use quick play here, end the game and start fresh). Now I was able to purchase in the in-gane store.

Hi, I am on xbox cloud gaming. When I go to buy an aircraft it pops up with a small box with the xbox loading screen and it doesn’t load, does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for the video. Three times I've gotten the Purchase Failed message in the sim. I can't download the product, but steam still charges my debit card and then won't grant a refund. They say the game's been consumed when I couldn't download it and it's not in my content manager. Any suggestions?

But why wont it download after successful purchase. Message. Your download failed. And no alternative, no later try, or anything. I just lose my money. But when i buy again, everything works.
