Yes it will contain microtransactions. It is trying to appeal to people who think this will be a deep game like FFT but you will see it's just a bunch of quests that require you to be a certain power level or have certain characters and abilities just to progress.

This looks gorgeous. We've been starved for actually good Tactical RPGs on Android devices, since Shining Force Remake has not been heard of in a while. And smartphones are such a no-brainer platform for the genre! Looking forward to it.
