Steven Guilbeault, environmental journalist, consultant, venture capitalist, and activist, and co-founder of Equiterre, the largest and most effective environmental organization in Quebec.

Steven Guilbeault is an author, a science and environmental journalist, a consultant to venture capitalists, and a prominent Quebecois environmentalist. He is currently senior director of Équiterre, or Fair Planet, a non-governmental organization he co-founded in 1994 that has today grown to be one of the largest in Canada with 6,200 members and more than 40 employees.
