Could I ask you: what kind of paper towel do you use? I mean the blue one. It looks like it works well to set the brush for drybrushing, which I always struggle with with common paper towels.

I think people underestimate how good opaque paints are at speed painting. Mostly what people are doing with speed paints is applying a quick base coat, which you can easily do with high-quality opaques. I really like Vallejo's extra opaque, but I'm going to be gnashing at the teeth to try the new Fanatic paints.

Number 2 is good, maybe combine it with the lighter skin of number 3 so his little face pops out of the hood:)
