Easy Viral Feta Egg 💥
I recreated the viral feta egg recipe with a twist and it sure did not disappoint! 💯

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
Handful of feta cheese
Handful of Kalamata olives
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Sea salt
Black pepper
French baguette
Fresh basil as garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. In a nonstick pan on medium heat, add one drop of extra virgin olive oil.
2. Add a handful of feta cheese all around the inside of the pan. Let the feta cheese for 2-3 minutes, the in the center add a handful of Kalamata olives and crack in two eggs.
3. Season your eggs with 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes , salt & pepper.
4. Cover the pan with a lid for 2-3 minutes until the eggs reaches your desired doneness.
5. Once the eggs are ready, garnish it with some fresh basil and add it to your favorite toast. I used a French baguette.
