Tom, factory reset on Android only deletes user data. All system apps stay. The virus must install itself as a system app.

For someone who has a wife who is a nurse I prefer a human nurse as she cannot get hacked therefore like you said Tom break my arm once it gets Windows updates and if a doctor is rushing me I take even more time asking questions and confirming things and talking about the issue and if the doctor does like it well by law they need to give each patience at least 30 minutes so I will take my sweet 30 minutes LOL and if they have an issue well I will then ask for my file to be transfer to other doctor DONE LOL :)
