Vusi Thembekwayo talks about his role model.

My Role Model (Part 2)

In the quiet moments when the world retreated, and the echoes of laughter and warmth once shared with a partner had faded into distant memories, she found herself at the crossroads of her life’s most profound transformation. A mother, resilient and unyielding, thrust into a role she had not chosen but had embraced with an unwavering determination.

Her journey was one of evolution, a metamorphosis that saw her shed the skin of a woman to reveal the spirit of a leader. It was in the hushed solitude of her home, surrounded by the innocent faces of her beloved children, that she discovered the immense depths of her strength. Her heart, once woven intricately with the threads of vulnerability and tenderness, now bore the weight of responsibility with grace.

Her every action was a testament to her character, a living embodiment of the adage that necessity is the mother of invention. She became their refuge in storms, their compass in uncertainty, and their anchor in a sea of change. The lines on her face spoke of countless nights spent pondering, planning, and persevering, etched by the passage of time and the weight of responsibility.

In her, they found a role model, a mentor, and a source of boundless love. Her strength was not defined by physical might but by the courage she displayed in the face of adversity. She was not merely raising children; she was shaping them into men of character, men who knew the value of empathy, integrity, and determination.

Such a heart warming story, thank you for sharing it with us. It's so important for young people and children to have positive role models especially in this day and age and to remember they're watching us as their parents and elders and how we behave and carry ourselves

You owe it to God, but luckily for you God gives all things freely, so you technically don’t owe God. Your mother Vusi, was a wonderful gift from God that not everyone gets to have.

Any woman raising boys to be strong, used a model of her father...or a man she observed and studied. if it's a line of women...someone formulated their approach on a man early in the line, similarly, and passed it on
