Why did the SC not debate the use of EVM and call for experts to demonstrate the Pros and Cons of the EVM as many have suggested that the EVM can be misused. With so much hue and cry among the citizens about the EVM the SC could have had heard the people who are opposing the EVM instead of straightaway rejecting the plea for use of ballot paper.
