Latest from the world of tropics for October 27, 2019

Cyclone Kyarr is rapidly intensifying in the Arabian Sea today, and could reach Category 5 status later today as it moves towards the west-northwest. The storm is likely to weaken early next week as it begins to stall east of the Arabian Peninsula. The long-term track of the system remains uncertain at this time.

Tropical Storm Pablo is clipping the easternmost Azores islands tonight, and is likely to die off tomorrow or Monday as it accelerates towards the northeast.

Invest 98W is currently located east of the southern Philippine islands, and is likely to track over the islands before developing in the South China Sea.

Invest 99B is located just east of Sri Lanka, and could develop into a tropical cyclone soon.

My predictions and analysis peaks:

*Kyarr* - 180mph
*99B* - ?mph
*Pablo* - 70mph
*Potential 98 (or 99)L* - 50mph

Edit: Also, look at Madagascar, Australia, and Fiji! It's getting warmer now down there!

Pablo is embedded with extra-tropical low but it is likely to become a post-tropical by late Sunday or Sunday night.

Busy year but a lot of weak systems in the Atlantic. Only major storm that hit any land was Dorian (yes Lorenzo and Humberto were majors but they didn't make landfall as majors/didn't make land fall at all)
