I used to be like Alyssa when I was young, but then I discovered the wonders and beauty of this world, and if someone living on Mars in the future were shown the beauties of this earth and were asked if they wanted to visit this natural paradise, I know what he or she would say.

Im so happy to see her confident in herself, reaching and achieving her goals. I wish i had known exactly what i wanted to so. Growing up my family it was do what you're told. I was in tears when her father talked about not ever seeing her again and even so, feeling that he needed to give her his total support...I'm a father too and don't know if I'd have the courage. I don't think I'd want to go to Mars, but NASA can invite me to go to one of Jupiter's or Saturn's moons anytime! :)
