Civil cases do not carry the "Beyond a reasonable doubt" burden of proof. Its a "preponderance of evidence" all Flores has to show is that it is "More likely than not" that the alleged actions were committed.

If Flores was fired for not cooperating with Stephen Ross wanting to tank, why didn’t get fired after year 1? Why wait and fire him two years after the fact? And if Flores is such a saint, why didn’t he report this to the league office immediately? Why wasn’t it an issue until he got fired? If he was really so righteous wouldn’t he report this right away? Isn’t he obligated to report this right away? See something say something right? And why do the Bengals get a pass for tanking? And so what if a team tanks on purpose? A franchise can’t play the long game? Is there a rule saying that you must do everything in your power to win as many games possible no matter what? If that’s the case the forward pass should be illegal. Going backwards in the short term in an attempt to make greater gains is clearly frowned upon in a sport obsessed with passing yards and stats. How ironic.

Why do media members forget or ignore the fact that Justin Herbert was drafted one pick after Tua??? Every time I've heard them talk about the 2020 draft relative to the Miami Dolphins, I hear about how Miami would do anything to get the number 1 pick for Burrow.

Is Burrow better than Herbert? Probably. But to put SO MUCH emphasis on the fact that Miami HAD TO settle for Tua when Herbert was still available??? Really guys? How about criticizing the Dolphins for drafting the wrong QB???
