Something I find a little interesting, in the Japanese dub when Marin gives Gojo the food he simply says “itadakimasu” which is just what jpn people say before eating, but in the subtitles AND the dub he thanks her for cooking for him. Which imo is a better thing for him to say cuz it shows his kindness and appreciation that SHE cooked for HIM. Even if it didn’t turn out right, he showed appreciation for the gesture anyway, showing his sweet side.
