Was a huge fan of the film and always believed the best thing was they never made a sequel that ruined it.

The series is getting polarising reviews. I really hope it gets a second series. They should do a short second season where clips (or stories) of them stripping from the original movie goes viral on YouTube. And suddenly there's huge puplic interest in them doing it again one last time. The series could show them preparing for a strip show, whilst being middle/ old aged. Sort of like Calender Girls. Obviously they're old but the public would accept it due to it being a load of fun. The series could explore these down and outs being thrust into internet stardom. And how they react to that. It could end on a high, just as the movie did. I'd love to see that.

Such a terrible, depressing follow up to one of the best movies ever made. The characters became unlikable. I know the original touches on dark subject matter but this show just depressed and bore me I did stick it out but there were no redeeming qualities. Shame really, I was so excited to see it. If people have just seen the film I would not recommend the show at all as you can tell 😂

I coult't finished the first chapter, 'Destiny, ' the protagonist's daughter, is unbearable with her know-it-all attitude but constantly doing silly things. It's not enjoyable
