With all of our technology, why can't WE just take out the tyrant without disturbing the innocent victims of such tyrants. I just wish some Si-Fi experts would develop a way to target directly on the person Tyrant. Why blame all of the countrymen of tyrants? It is so hard for me to get my heart and mind around the waste of human life in going to war. Let the military experts focus on the kidnapping or killing of the tyrant.
